Jay, I agree. It was so very sweet and cute. I want one, too. I put it back in the garden, of course. The ‘Dozer saw it and brought it in to show me. I just wish I knew what it was, we haven’t seen on like that before. It may be quite rare, which is another reason I made sure to put it back.
Do you know what it is, Bugs?
Yes, it was so adorable, Bugs.. no wonder you and Jay are fascinated by them. There are just so many insects, so many more than us humans, and they affect our world greatly. And yet, the world for them, must be a gigantic place.
Bugs, you’re completely brilliant! I never thought I’d know what that cutey grub was, and now I’ll be looking for them everywhere. Thank you so much for going to the trouble to track down our mystery visitor, and giving us the link. So cool of you. Big hugs.
I wish this one did, it really was such a cutie. I’d have kept him/her if I could. And as it moved, it looked like it had the sweetest little personality. Hugs !

Don't Bug Me!
I believe it is an evening brown butterfly larva – it feeds on grasses and some sedges and is found in NSW, NT, Qld and WA
